LottoLab Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms explain the conditions for using LottoLab's lottery number generation, statistics, draw reference, lucky store map, premium features, and related mobile services.

2. Nature of the Service

• LottoLab does not sell lottery tickets and does not purchase lottery tickets on behalf of users.
• Number generation and statistics are provided for entertainment and reference purposes only.
• Numbers, statistics, and store information shown in the service do not guarantee winning results.
• Lottery purchase rules, prize confirmation, tax handling, and prize claims are governed by the official lottery operator in each country or region.

3. Accounts and Sign-In

• Users may sign in with Google, Kakao, Apple, email, or other methods offered in the app.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure and for activity performed through their account.
• False information, use of another person's account, or interference with service operations may result in restrictions.

4. Premium Features and Payments

• Premium features are provided according to the periods and conditions displayed in the app.
• In-app purchases and subscriptions in the iPhone app follow Apple App Store payment policies.
• Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store or payment provider used for purchase.
• Prices, subscription periods, and available features are based on the information displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Users must not overload the service with automated requests, probe for security vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users' access.
• Users must not copy, distribute, sell, or commercially reuse service screens, data, or content without authorization.
• Users must not submit false, unlawful, or rights-infringing information through the service.

6. Changes and Suspension

LottoLab may change or temporarily suspend part of the service for stability, security, feature improvement, or operational reasons. Important changes will be announced in the app or by another appropriate method.

7. Store and Location Information

• Lucky store map information is based on public data, LottoLab's database, and map provider information.
• Addresses, locations, business hours, and ticket availability may change, so users should confirm details before visiting a store.
• Current location is used only when the user grants permission and only to display nearby information.

8. Limitation of Liability

• LottoLab does not promise that generated numbers, statistics, or store information will produce a particular outcome.
• To the extent permitted by law, LottoLab's liability is limited for losses related to lottery purchases, winning or losing, purchase decisions, or use of third-party services.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside LottoLab's reasonable control, including network failures, app store issues, external API failures, or force majeure events, may be subject to limited liability.

9. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the Delete Account feature in the app. Once deletion is completed, service information connected to the login account is removed. Records that must be retained by law may be stored separately for the required period and then deleted.
