LottoLab Privacy Policy

1. Information We Process

• Sign-in information: account identifiers, email address, and display name provided through Google, Kakao, Apple, or email sign-in.
• Service information: selected lottery type, generated number history, premium access status, subscription status, and payment status.
• Support information: inquiry details, email address, and response records.
• Device and technical information: app version, device type, error logs, access time, advertising identifier, and ad consent status.
• Location information: current location or map center coordinates used to display nearby lucky stores when the user grants permission.

2. Purposes of Use

• To provide sign-in, account identification, service access, and service maintenance.
• To provide number generation, statistics, lucky store maps, and premium features.
• To verify subscription status, process payments, restore purchases, and prevent abuse.
• To analyze errors, improve security, and enhance service quality.
• To respond to support requests, deliver notices, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Retention Period

We delete personal information when the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. Information required for payment records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax, or legal obligations may be retained separately for the required period and then deleted.

4. Third-Party Services and Processors

• Supabase: authentication, account data storage, and service data storage.
• Google, Kakao, and Apple: social sign-in and account authentication.
• Apple App Store, Google Play, PayPal, and other payment providers: payment processing, subscriptions, and purchase restoration.
• Google AdMob: ad delivery, ad consent management, and ad performance measurement.
• Kakao Map and map providers: map display, address search, and lucky store location display.

5. Location Information

Location is used only when the user grants permission and only to display nearby lucky stores or move the map center. LottoLab does not continuously track the user's location and uses location only as needed to provide app features.

6. Advertising and Analytics

The app may use Google AdMob for advertising and ad consent management. Users can manage choices related to personalized ads through device settings or the ad privacy settings provided in the app.

7. User Rights

• Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of their personal information.
• Users may request account deletion through the Delete Account feature in the app.
• Information that must be retained by law will be stored for the required period and then deleted.

8. Security Measures

LottoLab applies reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal information, including access control, authentication services, protected transmission, and error monitoring.

9. Children's Privacy

LottoLab is not directed to children. Users who require guardian consent under applicable law must use the service only after obtaining consent from a parent or legal guardian.
